Epson Voted Number 1 Overall Video Company in Inside Track's Annual Supplier Loyalty Report

Epson Receives A+ in Product Reliability and Ranks Number One in Resolution of Service Issues
LONG BEACH, Calif. – March 31, 2009 – Epson, the number one selling projector brand worldwidei, today announced that for the second consecutive year, Epson America ranked number one overall in the Video Display group of the annual Supplier Loyalty Report by inside track. The report is based on an independent survey of consumer electronics retailers and custom installers throughout North America.
Epson received top-tier grades in three of four product-related parameters, including an A+ in Product Reliability, an A- in Product Innovation and an A- in Product Performance. In addition, Epson ranked number one in the Video Display group in Resolution of Service Issues.
“For the second year in a row, Epson has captured the number one overall ranking in the Video Display group,” said Gisela Schoell, editor, inside track. “Over the past year, the company has improved on Product Reliability, Appropriate Assortment, Tech Support, Resolution of Service Issues, and Brand Name Recognition. Epson also ranked first in Ease-of-Doing-Business, Quality of Sales Representatives and Just-in-Time Delivery; second in Product Reliability, Technical Support and Specialist Programs; third in Dealer Training and Distribution Policies; fourth in Inventory Turns and Price Protection; and fifth in Product Innovation and Attainable Profit Margins.
