Epson Expands ImageWay Partner Program to Include Scanner Offerings

Success of Projector Program Leads to Greater Presence in Channel
 
Washington, D.C. - August 17, 2009 - Epson America Inc. today announced the expansion of its ImageWay SM Partner Program for Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to include its GT line of document scanners. The program will now offer VARs the opportunity to grow their business and revenue through sales of the Epson GT scanner line, along with the company's industry leading business projector lineup.

By incorporating document scanners into the ImageWay Partner Program, Epson has made it even more attractive for resellers in the individual, workgroup, departmental, and large format scanner categories to offer the company's industry leading performance, versatility, reliability, and value to customers as a standalone sale or as part of a comprehensive document management solution.

As a member of ImageWay, resellers will now have access to exclusive incentives, discounts and support to enhance their sales and marketing efforts for document scanners as well as projectors. ImageWay also offers resellers a breadth of tools and resources including sales incentives, marketing and technical support, financing, education, and training opportunities. Sales support services include substantially discounted projector and scanner demo equipment, free evaluation products, pre-sales support, government and educational discounts, and more.

Partners can access Epson resources through the ImageWay Web portal, where they will find information and programs to help market their business, deliver advanced solutions and exceed their customers' expectations. Members will also receive ongoing communication from Epson through e-mail alerts, newsletters and online training opportunities.
